* Prosciutto Crudo di Parma is a typically Italian culinary product. It is a cured meat from the haunch of
pigs processed and seasoned exclusively in the province of Parma (Emilia-Romagna).Prosciutto Crudo
di Parma is a natural uncooked, gluten-free, lactose-free cured ham made without added phosphates
** Spicy Salami is a traditional cold cut from the gastronomy of southern Italy. An artisanal product that
combines the traditional taste of pork mixed with spices.
*** Prosciutto Cotto, which is originates in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy regions of Italy. Unlike the
Prosciutto commonly known in the United States, this version is boiled instead of cured hence the name
“cotto” meaning cooked. Prosciutto Cotto is made using the hog’s hind leg and cooked with select
spices.
**** Mortadella, originating from Bologna, Italy, is an emulsified sausage crafted from cured pork,
containing at least 15% pork fat cubes, along with whole or chopped pistachios. Infused with a blend of
black pepper and myrtle berries, this distinctive sausage boasts its characteristic appearance adorned
with white “polka dots,” courtesy of the extra fat content.
